About.We are a collective of passionate independent support workers who are seeking to provide ethical and qualified supports to people with disabilities and mental health issues. Recognising the need for passionate providers who operate with integrity and have participant's best interests in mind. The team has over 20 years of experience within Community and Disability services, across disability employment services, Support Coordination, Mentoring, and direct Support Work, both under the block funding model and within the NDIS. We are not registered with the NDIS however we all hold individual public liability and professional indemnity insurance, as well as first aid and CPR, qualifications in Community services, NDIS worker screening card, blue card and driver's license.
Depending on the qualification and experience of the worker we have available, we may charge up to 15% less than the price guide. |
