Support Work Services

Specialising in support to young adults with Autism. Flexible and quality support options provided to self and plan managed NDIS participants. Support can be delivered under Core/Assistance with Daily life or under Capacity Building/Increased Social and Community participation. Support can include:

• Support to research, organise and attend appointments, work, gym, sport, camping, festivals
• Support to understand and implement interventions prescribed by your OT, Speech Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Behaviour Practitioner, and others
• Support to learn new habits and routines
• Support to learn how to cook new meals
• Support to understand the roles of various health professionals, different NDIA functions, and other relevant mainstream services
• key worker support within small teams
• training to existing independent support workers

We can help you develop skills and habits to find a job, including but not limited to:

• travel training
• employment preparation
• resume and cover letter assistance
• organising work trials
• creating volunteer roles
• creating a job role within a workplace to suit you individual needs
